Instructions:
Make sure your Bootloader is unlocked.
Download system.img, userdata.img, and boot.img from the links above.
Note : Flashing userdata WILL wipe you /data and internal sd
fastboot flash the images as,

Code:Fastboot flash boot boot.img Fastboot flash system system.img Fastboot flash userdata userdata.img

For flashing Gapps and obtaining Root.

Reboot to Fastboot mode
Flash any other Kernel, that has Recovery, I use DooMLorD's Kernel by hot booting the kernel. (Thanks @blueether)
fastboot boot <boot_img_name.img>
Reboot to Recovery
Flash GAPPS, link in downloads, and Update-SuperSU if you want root.
Reboot the device
Power on your phone to have all that you flashed.
Relish the new desert and Report back. ;)
